Programmes
The Department of Chemical and Forensic Sciences, within the Faculty of Science at BIUST, offers programmes that encompasses the disciplines of Chemistry and Forensic science and caters to the needs of students ranging from undergraduate level to doctoral level. Chemistry is often called a central science.
The department teaches Chemistry undergraduate modules to almost all undergraduate students in the two Faculties at BIUST, namely the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Engineering and Technology. The Chemical and Forensic Science Department offers the following undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The programmes were prepared in line with the requirements of Botswana Qualifications Authority to be recognized throughout the world.
