Entrepreneurial Orientation and Performance of Botswana’s Science and Technology Small and Medium Enterprises

The research project investigates the extent to which the level of entrepreneurial orientation- and its dimensional variables – innovativeness, risk-taking, and pro-activeness- of science and technology firms impacts on their success rates. It seeks to provide evidence on the role of entrepreneurial orientation, and other factors, on firm performance and consequently on economic growth.
